About Serious Gnome

Serious Gnome produces a beautiful and funky line of wall plaques inspired by the colourful fruit and floral plaques that decorated many homes in the 1930's and 40's. With their vibrant colours, offbeat designs and deluxe finishes, Serious Gnome plaques are not your grandmother's chalkware.

We are a small design studio, founded in 2005 and based on the west coast. All Serious Gnome plaques are designed, cast, painted and finished by hand in our studio.
